Monthly Site Statistics - High amount of traffic from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command

After running my monthly statistics for this month, I noticed some interesting traffic. Apparently there have been quite a lot of hits from http://www.nmci.navy.mil. It's been from multiple locations, but it's the same group. I looked the site up and here's what I found. What I'd like to know is why are they on a UFO site?!?
